Welcome to Maestrale Conversation, a 5-week Saturday in-person class focused on honing your Italian speaking skills. We'll be discussing a wide range of topics, supported and guided by your instructor every step of the way. Our conversation classes are offered in-person at the Italian Cultural Institute of San Francisco. Get directions here. Grab a coffee, find your seat and get ready to put your Italian into practice.

  • Beginner Conversation (A1) - Finding Your Voice

    Perfect for those taking their first steps in Italian conversation. We'll build your confidence through vocabulary expansion and chat about everyday topics that matter to you. This class is designed for students who have some Italian foundation. If "I know my basics but freeze up when it's time to actually talk!" sounds familiar, this is the right class for you.

    Join lively discussions on broader topics, explore interesting articles together, and participate in fun interactive activities that'll have you thinking in Italian. You know your verbs and tenses, now let's make them work for you.  It's time to take your Italian conversation to the next level and feel more confident expressing your thoughts.
