About Omar Hegazi

Omar Hegazi is an Italian attorney based in Bergamo, with more than twenty years of experience in international law, private client services, and family office advisory. He advises individuals and families navigating complex cross‑border legal matters, with a particular focus on American citizens living in or relocating to Italy.

Omar began his legal career in 2002 at a leading international law firm, where he developed a strong foundation in global legal frameworks. He later founded his own boutique practice, offering highly tailored legal counsel. His work has evolved from immigration and international criminal law into a comprehensive private‑client and family‑office practice serving clients worldwide.
